With an enriching journey of over 23 years in the preschool education industry, Seema Kumar brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and vision to shaping young minds. Holding a Master’s degree in Education, she strongly believes that the early years are the most crucial in a child’s development—where curiosity is nurtured, confidence is built, and a lifelong love for learning begins.
Since establishing First Step Together in 2017 in Lucknow, her mission has been
clear—to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where every child feels valued and inspired to grow at their own pace.
